Daisy Dog Meadow
By booking a session at Daisy Dog Meadow you agree in full to these terms and conditions – please read them carefully even if you have visited in the past, as they are updated from time-to-time.
Disclaimer
You and your dog(s) use this facility at your own risk. Management cannot accept liability for any harm or damage that occurs to any person, dog or property while using the meadows or the associated parking areas or accept any liability should your dog(s) escape the secure enclosure(s). We also accept no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs/expenses or other liability incurred by you during the use of the meadows.
Booking and payment
- All bookings must be made via the Daisy Dog Meadow website and paid for in full at the time of booking. Please do not leave cash on site.
- While we do not offer cancellation or refunds for booked sessions, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of the best laid plans. If you are unable to make your booked session, you can reschedule your session for another time up to 24 hours prior to your allotted time through the booking system (subject to session availability). A rescheduling link can be found on your booking confirmation email.
- For a longer stay you can book consecutive sessions if you wish.
- Discounts are available for bundle bookings of 8 sessions for £70 and 12 sessions for £100.
- Both meadows can be booked at the same time to offer 9 acres of space for up to 6 dogs (subject to availability).
- Please note: Bundle credits are valid only for single meadow bookings, and not valid for the discounted hire of both meadows.
General terms of use of the meadows
- Daisy Dog Meadow is strictly a no smoking environment.
- Visiting dogs must be well and have not been unwell within the last 48 hours. They must also be up to date with their vaccinations and flea, tick and worm prevention treatments.
- You are welcome to walk with friends and family, however planning constraints allow for a maximum of 3 dogs per session.
- If both meadows are booked by the same person at the same time, a maximum of 6 dogs are allowed per session.
- If you book both meadows for your visit, it is critical you close the adjoining meadow gates behind you when you leave.
- Users under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- If you bring children, please treat the meadows with respect, they must be supervised at all times and not allowed to climb on the fences or gates.
- The meadows are fenced with 5-foot dog fencing. Though its integrity is inspected regularly, holes and damage to the fence may occur for a number of reasons including by digging dogs, other animals, fallen trees and branches etc. If you notice any issues with the fencing, please contact Richard immediately on 07801 542422 so that it can be rectified.
- The meadows are a natural environment with areas of uneven ground that may be hidden by vegetation - please take care. Please also take care around overhanging branches and other countryside hazards.
- Keep an eye on your dog(s) at all times, please do not allow them to dig, and for the sake of all users please always promptly clear up after your dog. There are four evenly placed dog waste bins around the meadow perimeters, please use them.
- Water for thirsty dogs (or to rinse paws) is available to the left of the entrance / exit. Please ensure the tap is turned off after use.
- While there is water on site for thirsty dogs, there is no electricity and therefore no lighting. Please bring torches if you feel you may need them.
- Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather, so please be prepared for all weather conditions.
- Daisy Dog Meadow operates 365 days per year, please take extra care when using the meadows in icy conditions and when any Met Office weather warnings have been issued for the region.
- You are welcome to picnic, but please take all your litter home with you. We are proud of our green credentials, do not use the dog waste bins for general waste.
- Keep all noise to a minimum when near neighbouring properties.
- Strictly no BBQs or fires permitted anywhere on site.
- Please be mindful of any current health advice and government guidelines.

Parking
- Please only park in the meadow car park you have booked for, they are separate.Please arrive at your booked time. If you arrive early, please do not enter the parking area if there are other vehicles present.
- The parking area can hold up to three cars, please park with consideration of other users. Please only park within the designated parking area, and under no circumstances park outside the parking area on the verge or roadside.
- Vehicles are parked at owners’ risk, management will not be held responsible for any accidents, damage or loss incurred to vehicles or their contents and valuables.
- Please keep dog(s) under control until you have entered the meadow.
Session information
- The meadow is unmanned and relies on the integrity of the user. Please be aware that many users will have nervous or antisocial dogs, always keep your dogs in the car until your booked time begins (or until the previous user has exited).
- Your hire period is 50 minutes and as a result allows for a 5-minute turnaround time at each end of your 1 hour booked session, please consider other users and leave the meadow promptly and on time. Please report any abuse of timings immediately (Richard
