When you visit our website to book a session with Daisy Dog Meadow, we will need to collect some personal information about you to process your booking, our website analytics software will collect usage data about your visit, and we will collect communication data, this is as follows:

3.1 Website usage

We use website analytics software to collect information about your usage of the website. The software collects information such as how often users access the website, what pages are visited, length of visit, browser and device details etc and we use the information we get only to improve our website and services under the legal basis of legitimate interest. The analytics software collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the website and is anonymised. We do not combine the information collected using analytics software with personally identifiable information.

We collect data from you when you book a session to visit Daisy Dog Meadow via our nominated booking system. This includes personal information such as your name, email, telephone number and transactional information such as your address, order details and your payment details. We also share information where we have a legal obligation to do so e.g. to comply with regulations or to help with government or legal investigations.

5. Where are our third-party processors based?

Some of our data processors are based within the EEA, and some outside the EEA. In such cases we will transfer your data only to such countries as approved by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.
